Garden Seeds: Embrace The Light of The Moon




Welcome to Garden Seeds, I'm happy you could join me.  


Do you ever feel a certain energy or “pull” whenever you see the light of the moon?   Maybe a change in your mood?    This is the Angels’ way of  inviting you to embrace the light of the moon.  


Begin your evening by setting an intention to connect with the gentle, reflective energy of the moon.


Find a quiet spot outside where you can see the moon.   Sit or stand comfortably and take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment.   Look up at the moon, allowing its soft light to wash 

over you.


Feel the calm and soothing presence of the moon. Imagine it illuminating not just the night sky, but also your inner world.  Reflect on the cyclical nature of the moon and how it mirrors the cycles in your own life.


Spend a few moments in quiet contemplation.  Let the moonlight guide your thoughts towards clarity and inner peace.  If you have any worries or burdens, imagine them being gently lifted away by the moon’s light.


As you go through your day, remember the tranquility you felt under the moonlight.  Whenever you feel overwhelmed, take a moment to breathe deeply and visualize the calming light of the moon, bringing you back to a state of peace.


Show your gratitude by taking care of the nighttime environment.  Reduce light pollution by using minimal outdoor lighting, and appreciate the natural beauty of the night sky.


In the evening, take a few moments to reflect on your connection with the moon.  Write down any insights or feelings you experienced.  


Give thanks for the moon’s guidance and the calm it brought to your night.

Embracing the light of the moon enriches your life by bringing tranquility and deepening your connection to Gaia and the angel realm.
