Welcome to Garden Seeds!   I am so happy you can join me.


I would like to talk about taking time to embody and implement moments of stillness amidst the busyness of your life.


Find moments to pause, breathe, and simply be.


Start your day with a few minutes of quiet meditation or deep breathing.


Allow your mind to settle and your body to relax.

Carry this sense of calm with you throughout the day.

In your activities, practice mindful pauses.


Before you begin a task, take a moment to center yourself.

During transitions, give yourself a brief pause to reset and refocus.


When you feel overwhelmed or stressed, find a quiet space to sit and breathe deeply.   Allow the stillness to bring clarity and peace to your mind.


Engage in activities that promote stillness, such as walking in nature, listening to calming music, or practicing gentle yoga.  Let these moments of tranquility nourish your spirit.


In conversations, practice being fully present.

Listen without the need to respond immediately.

Embrace the silence between words as a space for deeper connection.



At the end of the day, take a few minutes to reflect in stillness.

Let go of the day’s concerns and allow yourself to rest in the quiet.


Stillness is a powerful antidote to the chaos of life.

It brings clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
