Exactly what are Crystals?

Crystals are natural elements that come from the Earth. A true crystal has an organized grouping of unit cells that forms a unique lattices pattern called Crystal System. There are 6 lattice patterns that appear within healing crystals.

Hexagonal Crystals:

Interior structure resembles a 3-D hexagon. Hexagon Crystals help with manifestation.

Isometric Crystals:

Interior structure is cubic. These can improve situations and amplifies energies.

Monoclinic Crystals:

Interior are a 3-D parallelogram structure and are protective crystals.

Orthorhombic Crystals:

Tetragonal Crystals:

Interior structure is rectangular. They are attractors, making things more attractive and help attract things to you.

Triclinic Crystals:

There is also a category of stones known as "Amorphous" Crystals, thought they are not truly crystals since they do not have interior crystalline structure. Examples of these are Amber (which is actually petrified tree sap), Obsidian, Opal and Tektites. They each have their own unique patterns.

Colors of Crystals

Color plays a role in the energetic and healing impact of Crystals.

The color of Crystals comes from 3 factors:

How the Crystal absorbs light;
The specific minerals and or chemicals the Crystal contains;
Any impurities within the Crystal.

Minerals and impurities impact which light wavelengths the Crystal will absorb and the color that appears as a result.

Example: If a Crystal absorbs all of the light wavelengths, it appears black. If it does not absorb any wavelengths it appears clear. Impurities, chemicals and minerals affect light differently.

GEM:

ROCK:

A combination, or aggregate, of minerals. Marble, which is made up of multiple minerals, is a metamorphic rock, a rock that has been subjected to heat and pressure over time.

The Crystal Energy

Everything has energy. Quantum physics shows that as its most basic, all matter is made up of vibrating strings of electricity. So is your body and so are crystals.

Humans are far better gauges of energy than you may be aware of. Even people with limited understanding of energy or energy healing nigh notice they do not have a "vibe" with another person. When you experience this, you are sending energy and recognizing that someone else's energetic vibration is not compatible with your energy.

Be Open To The Experience

I admit, I was a skeptic for a long time and honestly, I did not want to believe. After my health was on a rapid decline I became desperate for anything that would assist my medical care in healing my ailments or at the very least slow down the disease. It was then that my husband swayed me into letting him use crystals to help me. At this point, I was grasping at anything and everything not only to help with my physical ailments but also to help me get a hold of my emotional and mental stability. Crystals vibrate energy that can entrain to your energy. Intention and min-set play big roles in this. Healing Crystal #1: Malachite

Anger is often an issue of the Heart Chakra. It is an emotion of over-expression and excess energy, which means it needs to be absorbed and therefore requires an opaque Crystal that can absorb the energy as you release it. Healing Combination: Lavender Essential Oil and Amethyst

Fill your bathtub with warm water and add 4 drops of lavender essential oil. Soak for 10-15 minutes. As your anxieties arise, watch them drift away and repeat the mantra. Sit in the tub as it drains and visualize your worries and anxieties draining with the water. When the water is completely drained, get out and dry off. Then crawl into bed with a piece of Amethyst taped underneath the head of your bed or on your bedside table.
